Nowhere else, research for automotive development is carried out so intensively and future-oriented than in Germany. However, due to a lack of space or technical infrastructure, testing is often being done somewhere else. Therefore, we have created the testing facilities at Bilster Berg in co-operation with the industry to suit its requirements. Here, unseen prototypes can be tested without any outside interference and driver aid systems (e.g. ESP, ABS etc.) can be calibrated at high speed. As a result, there is already great interest from the automotive industry for the Bilster Berg.
