Blogger Day with Philipp Kaess

On September 2, 2021, the BILSTER BERG and Philipp Kaess invited guests to a blogger day. All sorts of well-known people from the YouTube and Instagram community were able to get to know the circuit on this day and drive themselves.

Of course, not all of the participants were experienced racers, so the track was explored in detail before driving. For this purpose, the guys from Dummtüch brought something very special: a old public service bus. The participants were driven around the circuit in this bus, taking the current Corona regulations into account, so that everyone could get a first impression. A stop was made at the Mausefalle, which with its 26% gradient is one of the most difficult sections of the BILSTER BERG. So all the people present were able to walk this part of the track on their own and thus experienced what a challenge this part of the track will be.

After the track inspection, there was a guided introductory lap so that the participants could also get a feeling for the track from a driving point of view – then they were finally allowed to drive freely. The weather was perfect and the participants had a lot of fun, talking shop, eating delicious food and, of course, completing a few laps of the BILSTER BERG. The resulting content can already be found on YouTube and Instagram.
