With its automotive character, it offers the ideal setting for exclusive events—from motorsports events and corporate functions to MICE sector events. The variety of possible uses makes BILSTER BERG a particularly exciting and versatile event venue.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Sales Representative (m/f/d) to start on January 1, 2027, who will support us significantly with passion, organizational skills, and team spirit and promote BILSTER BERG as an event venue.
Your Responsibilities
You will acquire new clients for BILSTER BERG, tap into additional business opportunities, and develop long-term client relationships. Using your own initiative, negotiation skills, and ability to close deals, you’ll guide the sales process from the initial contact through to the successful signing of a contract.
• Active new customer acquisition: You’ll identify and attract potential business clients—particularly automakers, suppliers, driving event organizers, event agencies, and companies in need of unique event formats.
• Independent and targeted client outreach: You proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, personal contacts, and social selling, as well as at trade shows and industry events, and schedule qualified meetings.
• Building strong client relationships: You identify relevant decision-makers, develop a robust network, and position BILSTER BERG as a reliable partner for test, presentation, and event formats.
• Needs Assessment and Client Consulting: You analyze the requirements, goals, and budgets of potential clients, evaluate their business potential, and work with internal contacts to develop suitable usage concepts.
• Compelling presentation of our service offerings: You will effectively showcase the capabilities and unique selling points of BILSTER BERG during in-person client meetings, digital presentations, and on-site tours.
• Preparing and following up on customized proposals: Working closely with the in-house sales team, you will develop proposals tailored to specific needs, explain their added value, and follow up on them in a structured and committed manner.
• Sales negotiations and closing deals: You will conduct negotiations within the agreed-upon terms and responsibilities, address objections in a solution-oriented manner, and consistently close sales opportunities.
• Systematic development of your sales pipeline: You qualify leads and sales opportunities, prioritize promising projects, and manage your sales activities based on concrete next steps and realistic closing forecasts.
• Retention and development of acquired customers: You ensure the sustainable growth of your customer base, encourage repeat bookings, and tap into additional revenue potential through complementary services and new event formats.
• Reliable CRM maintenance and sales documentation: You will document customer contacts, meeting outcomes, quotes, and sales opportunities in the “Cobra” CRM system and ensure that the database remains up-to-date and traceable.
• Market and Competitive Analysis: You will analyze relevant target markets, competitors, and industry trends, identify new business opportunities, and provide concrete ideas for further developing our sales activities.
• Close Collaboration with Internal Teams: You will coordinate regularly with in-house sales, marketing, and operational contacts and ensure a complete and seamless handoff of newly acquired orders.
• Responsibility for measurable sales results: You track agreed-upon acquisition, closing, and revenue targets, report regularly on progress, and implement appropriate measures to sustainably increase BILSTER BERG’s revenue, capacity utilization, and profitability.
